1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing the Hard Floor Cleaning & Maintenance Course (“the Course”), you (“the Student”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not access the Course. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CCMTec LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Course Access & Eligibility

Access to the Course is granted to the purchasing individual only. Access is strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or gifted to any third party. CCMTec LTD reserves the right to revoke access at any time if these terms are breached. You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing course content.

3. Payment & Pricing

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in GBP. VAT is applied where required by law. CCMTec LTD reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of transaction.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the entirely digital nature of this Course, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted. By completing your purchase and accessing the Course, you expressly acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as permitted where digital content has been made available with your prior consent. This does not affect any other statutory rights you may have.

5. Certificate of Completion

A certificate of completion is issued digitally upon satisfactory completion of the end-of-course exam. CCMTec LTD reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes satisfactory completion. The certificate is issued for educational purposes only and contributes towards CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours. It does not constitute a professional licence, regulatory approval, or qualification recognised by any statutory body unless explicitly stated. CCMTec LTD makes no representation that the certificate will be accepted by any employer, client, insurer, or regulatory authority.

6. Exam & Resubmission Policy

The end-of-course exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions. A pass mark of 80% (32 out of 40) is required to receive your certificate. This standard is applied in line with CPD compliance requirements. Where a satisfactory result is not achieved, CCMTec LTD will contact the Student with feedback, and the Student is welcome to resubmit at no additional charge. CCMTec LTD reserves the right to limit the number of resubmissions at its discretion.

7. Educational Purpose & No Professional Advice

The Course is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing within the Course constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, health and safety, regulatory, insurance, or technical advice. The information provided is based on general industry practice and publicly available UK guidance at the time of writing. It is not a substitute for professional consultation, site-specific risk assessment, or compliance with applicable legislation.

8. Disclaimer of Liability — Educational Content

CCMTec LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, financial loss, regulatory penalty, reputational harm, or any other consequence — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from or in connection with:

  • The use or application of any information, technique, method, or recommendation contained within the Course;

Legislation is subject to change. CCMTec LTD accepts no liability for any failure to comply with legislation, whether or not such legislation is referenced within the Course. It is the Student’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at all times.

11. Disclaimer of Liability — Floor & Property Damage

CCMTec LTD accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage to floors, surfaces, substrates, coatings, property, or assets arising from the application of techniques, chemicals, machinery, or methods described within the Course. The Student acknowledges that hard floor cleaning and restoration carries inherent risks, and that outcomes are dependent on factors outside CCMTec LTD’s control, including but not limited to floor condition, product quality, equipment calibration, substrate compatibility, and operator skill. The Student assumes all risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including but not limited to text, images, diagrams, templates, and exam questions, is the sole intellectual property of CCMTec LTD and is protected by copyright. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

13. Course Content Updates

CCMTec LTD reserves the right to amend, update, or remove Course content at any time without notice. While we endeavour to keep content current and accurate, we make no guarantee that content reflects the most recent legislative or industry developments at the time of access.

CCMTec LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing access to the Course arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, platform outages, or acts of God.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between CCMTec LTD and the Student in relation to the Course and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.
