Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or accessing the COSHH & Chemical Safety for Cleaners online course. By purchasing this course you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Course Provider

This course is provided by CCMTec LTD (“CCMTec”, “we”, “us”). CCMTec is a UK-based supplier of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and professional training resources.

2. Nature of the Course

The COSHH & Chemical Safety for Cleaners course is an awareness-level online training programme. It is designed to support cleaning professionals in understanding their obligations under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH).

This course does not constitute a formally accredited qualification and should not be relied upon as a substitute for:

  • Employer-led site-specific COSHH risk assessments
  • Accredited health and safety qualifications
  • Professional legal or regulatory advice

3. Compliance & Legislation

Course content is based on HSE COSHH Regulations 2002 and associated HSE guidance current at the time of publication. CCMTec endeavours to keep content up to date, however we cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most recent legislative changes at any given time.

Learners are responsible for verifying that the information contained within this course is applicable to their specific workplace, industry sector, and current legislation.

4. Access & Use

On purchase, you will be granted personal access to the course modules. Access is for your personal use only and must not be shared, redistributed, or resold. Course content remains the intellectual property of CCMTec LTD.

CCMTec reserves the right to withdraw or amend course content at any time without prior notice.

5. Exam & Certificate

An end-of-course exam is included. The exam is a 20-question self-marking multiple choice assessment. Your result is displayed instantly on submission. A pass mark of 70% (14 out of 20) is required to receive your Certificate of Completion. On passing, CCMTec will issue your Certificate of Completion by email.

CCMTec reserves the right to withhold certification where exam responses are deemed insufficient. If you do not pass, you are welcome to retake the exam immediately.

The certificate issued is a CCMTec Certificate of Completion and does not represent an accredited or regulated qualification.

6. Refund Policy

As this is a digital product with immediate access granted on purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once course access has been provided, except where required by UK consumer law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at info@ccmtec.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

CCMTec accepts no liability for any loss, injury, regulatory penalty, or damage arising from actions taken based solely on the content of this course. It is the learner’s responsibility to apply appropriate professional judgement and to comply with all relevant legislation and employer requirements.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
