By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Use of Website

All information on this website is provided for general information only. You are responsible for ensuring that any products or services meet your specific requirements.

Content, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

Pricing & VAT

Prices shown apply only to orders placed and paid for through this website. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout.

Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted once payment has been received in full. No goods will be dispatched until funds have cleared.

Ownership of Goods

Goods remain the property of CCMTec Cleaning & Janitorial Supplies until paid for in full.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect loss
  • Loss arising from improper use, handling, storage, or tampering
  • Loss caused by courier services where shipping insurance was not purchased

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Discount Codes

Only one discount code may be used per order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English Law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the English Courts.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

Local Delivery

Available within 10 miles of S63.

  • £12.50 for orders under £100
  • Free delivery for orders over £100

UK Mainland Delivery

  • FREE standard delivery in England & Wales is available on some orders over £75
  • FREE standard delivery in Scotland is available on some orders over £100
  • Free delivery is not available to distributors
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days
  • Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays
  • Some items may arrive sooner
  • Some items (chemicals, machines, equipment) may take 10–14 days, and up to 30 days if ordered from the manufacturer
  • Some products may incur a surcharge due to size or weight

Courier Services

We use Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, UPS, DPD, Parcelforce, or other couriers depending on weight, size, and value.

Next‑day delivery is not offered or guaranteed.

Northern Ireland Orders

Customers must provide:

  • EORI number
  • UKIMS authorisation

Failure to provide these may result in cancellation and a cancellation fee.

3. RETURNS POLICY

Returns Window

You may return unopened, unused goods within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must be sent at the customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed.

Proof of delivery may be required.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging

Damaged Deliveries

Do not accept damaged deliveries.

If refused, the courier returns the goods to us at their expense.

If you accept a damaged delivery and sign with a clean POD, we cannot claim from the courier. In this case, we cannot replace or credit damaged items unless shipping insurance was purchased.

Shipping Insurance

If you do not purchase shipping insurance, you waive the right to claim for:

  • Loss
  • Damage
  • Missing items

Handling Charges

A 25% handling charge applies to:

  • Returned goods
  • Cancelled orders

This is deducted from the refund at the point it is issued.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cleaning chemicals
  • Clearance or sale items

Warranty Returns

Faults must be reported before returning goods. Email: info@ccmtec.co.uk with your order number.

Warranty returns are sent at the customer’s cost.

4. REFUND POLICY (Shopify Version)

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued once returned goods are inspected and approved.

Delivery charges are non‑refundable.

Refund Method

  • Refunds up to £50 net are issued as store credit
  • Refunds over £50 net are issued to the original payment method

Refund Deductions

The following deductions apply:

  • 25% handling charge on returned goods
  • 25% cancellation charge on cancelled orders
  • Any costs incurred by CCMTec in processing the return

Refund Timeframe

Refunds may take up to 10 days to clear depending on the payment provider.

This timeframe is outside our control.

Claims for Loss or Damage

Claims must be made in writing:

  • Within 5 days for loss, damage, or shortages
  • Within 14 days for non‑arrival

If shipping insurance was not purchased, CCMTec cannot accept claims for courier‑related loss or damage.
