CCMTec Academy · Professional Online Course
Learn to deliver the actual job: from a solo clean in a small office to planned, supervised cleaning across a multi-floor workplace. Identify what needs doing, choose and check equipment, work in the right order, handle changes and verify the result.
Built for the real contract
Office cleaning changes with the building, its occupants and its contract. A small evening visit needs a reliable route and good judgement. A busy office block needs the same practical standards, plus zone allocation, supply control, supervision and evidence that the work was completed.
Learn to survey, quote, plan and deliver an office contract; manage daily, weekly, fortnightly and one-off work; handle scope changes; and show the client a checked result.
Learn exactly what to do in each assigned area, which equipment to use, how to work around office occupants, what to report and how to check your work before leaving the zone.
The method in every practical lesson
Read the specification and inspect the surface, soil, condition, frequency and task boundary.
Select unbranded equipment and consumables by function; check and set them up.
Follow an exact working order and material-appropriate physical method.
Know what to do when access, soil, damage, safety or the client's request changes.
Inspect the result, correct missed work and record or hand over what remains.
The course teaches methods with equipment types and selection criteria, not endorsements of particular brands.
Course content
Start with the cleaner's own tasks. Then build up to visit scheduling, occupied offices, one-off work and supervised multi-floor contracts.
Module 1
Survey the office, interpret its specification and turn rooms, surfaces, soil, frequencies and exclusions into a working task list.
Module 2
Select, check and set up vacuums, tools, cloths, mops, trolleys, chemicals and PPE for the actual site.
Module 3
Follow keys, alarms, access permissions, confidentiality and end-of-shift procedures.
Module 4
Complete a one-person visit in order, from the arrival check to waste, surfaces, floors and final inspection.
Module 5
Clean authorised surfaces and touchpoints without disturbing papers, devices, cables or personal items.
Module 6
Reset used rooms and clean seating, tables, accessible glass, touchpoints and floors around bookings and occupants.
Module 7
Clean agreed appliances, sinks, counters, bins and floors with a controlled food-area working sequence.
Module 8
Use separate equipment, clean fixtures and touchpoints, replenish supplies and report defects.
Module 9
Set up the machine, clean edges and open areas, work around furniture and cables, and check pickup.
Module 10
Identify finishes and soil, choose appropriate dry or damp methods, control access and check traffic routes.
Module 11
Clean accessible surfaces without streaks or damage and recognise work that requires specialist access.
Module 12
Follow the client's waste rules, change liners, segregate tools and identify material needing a different procedure.
Module 13
Convert the specification into realistic visits and prevent regular tasks from being missed.
Module 14
Plan lower-frequency detail, authorised furniture movement and agreed floor or furnishing care.
Module 15
Survey and deliver a first clean, event reset, office move or neglected-site visit with a clear extra-work boundary.
Module 16
Work around staff, meetings and visitors; manage interruptions and return to incomplete tasks.
Module 17
Triage unexpected soil, damage, leaks or unknown material and decide when routine cleaning must stop.
Module 18
Allocate zones, staff, supplies and checks across a large building without duplicated or missed work.
Module 19
Use a room-by-room quality check, correct work within scope and give a clear client handover.
Module 20
Survey and cost work, plan staffing and frequencies, write the scope, train against it and manage changes.
Take the method onto site
The lessons teach the complete method. The planned hub adds usable site documents: survey and specification forms, visit schedules, equipment and quality checks, staff training records, zone allocations, handover reports and contract-planning tools. Each document will be linked only after it has been built and checked.
Room-by-room tasks, visit plans, equipment checks and end-of-shift records that can be used on a small office or adapted to a larger site.
Site surveys, staffing and time plans, zone allocation, training sign-off, quality inspections and client-change records.
Assessment
The final assessment will contain 40 scenario-led questions across the working methods and site types. The pass mark is 30 correct answers out of 40 (75%). A passing learner can access a CCMTec Academy course-completion certificate. The certificate records completion of online training and its knowledge assessment; it does not independently verify practical competence on a particular site.
Course access
Work through the practical modules in sequence, use the site documents as they become part of the course, and take the 40-question assessment when ready.

Common questions
Both. The core modules teach the person carrying out the clean. The scheduling, supervision and contract modules add the decisions needed to run the service.
Yes, for general commercial office cleaning. The course builds from a small-office method to multi-floor zones, staff allocation, supply control and supervisor checks. Specialist work requiring different training or access remains outside a routine office-cleaning scope.
Yes. Lessons identify equipment by purpose, how to check and set it up, and when to change the tool or method for the material and site. They do not rely on named brands.
Yes, a document hub is planned to support site surveys, visit schedules, training, checks and contract management. The lessons themselves will contain the complete teaching method.
No. It confirms completion of this online course and its knowledge assessment. Employers and learners must still assess site conditions, supervise practical work where needed and follow applicable procedures.
