Please read this document carefully before accessing any course content. By purchasing and accessing any CCMTec online training course, you agree to the terms set out below. 2. No Guarantee of Results

You, the student, are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring your own compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation, including the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002
  • Carrying out your own risk assessments before undertaking any cleaning or stain removal work
  • Verifying the suitability of any chemical, technique, or equipment for the specific carpet, upholstery, fibre, or surface you are working on
  • Conducting colour fastness and pre-treatment tests before applying any chemical treatment
  • Obtaining any licences, insurance, or certifications required to operate as a professional cleaner in your jurisdiction
  • Ensuring adequate public liability insurance is in place before carrying out any commercial cleaning work

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CCMTec LTD, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

  • Your use of, or reliance upon, any information or content contained within any Course
  • Any damage to carpets, upholstery, flooring, furniture, or property resulting from the application of techniques or chemicals described in any Course
  • Any dye damage, colour loss, fibre damage, shrinkage, distortion, or watermarking caused by treatments applied following any Course
  • Any personal injury sustained by you or any third party in connection with cleaning activities undertaken following completion of any Course
  • Any loss of business, revenue, profit, or goodwill arising from your use of any Course
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the course content

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5. Chemical & Equipment Use

All references to specific chemicals, spotting agents, oxidisers, reducers, enzyme treatments, solvents, products, and equipment within any Course are provided for educational guidance only. CCMTec LTD does not accept responsibility for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of any product or equipment. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, safety data sheets, and COSHH guidelines before using any chemical or equipment. Never mix chemicals without confirming compatibility.

6. Accuracy of Content

Whilst CCMTec LTD takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of course content, we do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or free from error.
