• Cleaning Methods — Dry cleaning, low‑moisture systems, hot water soil extraction, combination cleaning
• Carpet Construction — Identifying tufted vs. woven, backing types, associated risks
• Fibre Identification — Natural vs. synthetic fibres, common issues, burn/fibre testing
• Cleaning Chemistry — pH scale, correct chemical usage, dye‑bleed testing
• Stain
• Removal (Introduction) — Solvent vs. water‑soluble stains, testing procedures, application techniques, A–Z spotting guidance
• Special Treatments — Presprays, extraction detergents/rinses, deodorisers, protectors, defoamers and more
• Live Demonstrations — Practical sessions with Portable and Truckmount machines
