Local Delivery (Within 10 Miles of S63)

  • £12.50 for orders under £100
  • FREE local delivery for orders over £100

Local deliveries are completed directly by CCMTec.

UK Mainland Delivery

  • FREE standard delivery is available on some orders over £500
  • Free delivery is not available to distributors
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days
  • Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays
  • Some items may arrive sooner

Longer Lead Times

Where items are ordered in to fulfil your order, delivery may take longer. Some products may take 10–14 days, and up to 30 days, depending on manufacturer availability.

Dispatch Conditions

No goods will be dispatched until full payment has cleared.

Courier Selection

We select the courier based on parcel size, weight, and value. This may include:

  • Royal Mail
  • Yodel
  • Evri
  • UPS
  • DPD
  • Parcelforce
  • Other

Some smaller parcels may not be sent via a tracked service.

Next-Day Delivery

We do not offer next-day delivery, as this service is not guaranteed by couriers.

Delivery Cost Calculation

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart.

FREE Delivery Over £500 (Mainland UK Only)

Spend £500 and receive FREE standard Mainland UK delivery.

Some products may be excluded from the free delivery offer due to:

  • High weight
  • Oversized dimensions
  • Higher courier costs

Where applicable, a surcharge will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Area Restrictions

Free delivery applies to Mainland UK only. Mainland UK excludes:

  • Remote areas
  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Islands
  • Offshore islands

Non-Mainland & Remote Area Postcodes

The following areas are not eligible for free delivery and may incur additional charges:

Isle of Wight (PO31–PO41), Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25), Northern Ireland (BT1–BT94), Isle of Man (IM1–IM9), Channel Islands (GY1–GY9, JE1–JE4), Alderney, Sark, Herm, and Scottish Highlands/Islands including AB31–AB56, FK19–FK21, HS1–HS9, IV1–IV63, KA27–KA28, KW1–KW17, PA20–PA78, PH1–PH50, ZE1–ZE3.

Northern Ireland & Ireland Requirements

Northern Ireland

Must provide:

  • EORI number
  • UKIMS authorisation

Ireland (Eire)

Must provide:

  • EORI number

Failure to provide required documentation may result in order cancellation. A cancellation charge may be deducted from the refund.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Damaged Deliveries

Please do not accept damaged deliveries.

If a delivery is damaged:

  • Refuse the parcel
  • The courier will return it to CCMTec at their expense

If you have purchased shipping insurance, we will investigate and, if your claim is valid, we will replace or refund the order in full.

If You Accept a Damaged Delivery

If you sign for a parcel with a clean POD (Proof of Delivery):

  • We cannot claim from the courier
  • We cannot replace or credit damaged items
  • This applies regardless of the level of damage

Out-of-Stock Items & Backorders

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. You may choose to:

  • Continue with the order, or
  • Cancel the order for a full refund which may be subject to charges

Some items (including cleaning solutions, machines, and equipment) may take 10–14 days, and in some cases up to 30 days, when supplied directly by the manufacturer.

Back-ordered items are dispatched automatically once available.
