1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing the Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration — Professional Certificate course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the course materials.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the student or purchasing business) and CCMTec LTD, trading as CCMTec Training Academy.

2. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing links to all course modules. Access is granted to the individual or business that purchased the course.

• Course access is non-transferable and must not be shared with third parties.
• Module links must not be distributed, published, or forwarded to individuals who have not purchased the course.
• CCMTec LTD reserves the right to revoke access without refund if these conditions are breached.
• Access is provided on an ongoing basis and is not time-limited, unless otherwise stated.

3. Exam & Certification

The course includes a final assessment consisting of 30 questions. A minimum score of 70% (21 out of 30 correct answers) is required to pass and receive your Professional Certificate.

• The exam is self-marking and results are displayed immediately upon submission.
• Students who do not achieve the pass mark are encouraged to review the relevant modules and retake the exam.
• There is no limit on the number of retake attempts.
• Certificates are issued digitally and confirm completion of the course to a professional standard.
• This course awards 4 CPD hours upon successful completion.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — including text, diagrams, downloadable templates, exam questions, and page designs — is the intellectual property of CCMTec LTD and is protected by copyright.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell any course content in any format.
• Downloadable templates are provided for your personal or business use only and must not be resold or redistributed.
• Screenshotting or recording of course content for distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this course, we are unable to offer refunds once course access has been granted and module links have been delivered.

• If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
• Refund requests made before access is granted will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Duplicate purchases made in error may be eligible for a refund — please contact us immediately.
