CCMTec Trade Account Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of a CCMTec LTD Trade Account. By submitting a trade account application and using your account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Trade accounts are available to UK-based businesses only.
1.2 Applicants must be operating as a legitimate UK business. A VAT number, if held, should be provided at the time of application.
1.3 CCMTec LTD reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
1.4 Trade accounts are for business use only. Resale of products purchased at trade prices through retail channels is not permitted without prior written agreement.
2. Trade Pricing
2.1 Trade pricing is exclusive to approved account holders and must not be shared with third parties.
2.2 Trade prices are subject to change. Account holders will be notified of any significant pricing changes.
2.3 Trade pricing applies only when placing orders whilst logged in to your trade account at account.ccmtec.co.uk.
2.4 CCMTec LTD reserves the right to withdraw or amend trade pricing at any time.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 New accounts (0–3 months): All orders must be paid in full by proforma invoice prior to dispatch. No credit terms are available during this period.
3.2 Account review: After a minimum of 3 months of trading history, accounts may be reviewed for credit terms. Review is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory order history and a credit check.
3.3 Credit terms: Where credit terms are offered, these will be confirmed in writing and form part of these terms. Standard credit terms begin at Net 7 days from invoice date.
3.4 Late payment: Invoices not settled by the due date may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. CCMTec LTD reserves the right to suspend the account pending payment.
3.5 Credit limit: Any credit limit offered is at the sole discretion of CCMTec LTD and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
4. Credit Checks
4.1 As part of the account review process, CCMTec LTD may conduct a credit check using a third-party credit reference agency.
4.2 By submitting a trade account application, you consent to such checks being carried out.
5. Orders & Dispatch
5.1 Orders are subject to stock availability.
5.2 CCMTec LTD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
5.3 Free delivery thresholds and shipping rates applicable to trade accounts will be confirmed at the time of account approval and may differ from standard retail rates.
6. Returns & Claims
6.1 Trade account returns are subject to CCMTec LTD’s standard returns policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
7.1 CCMTec LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate a trade account at any time, including but not limited to cases of late payment, misuse of trade pricing, or breach of these terms.
7.2 Account holders may close their account at any time by contacting us at trade@ccmtec.co.uk.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Trade pricing, discount levels, and account terms are confidential between CCMTec LTD and the account holder and must not be disclosed to third parties.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
