1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and accessing this course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the course materials. CCMTec LTD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the course following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Course Access
Access to course materials is granted to the named purchaser only. Course modules are delivered via secure, gated pages on the CCMTec website. Access links are provided by email following successful purchase. Access is strictly non-transferable and must not be shared with, or passed on to, any third party. CCMTec LTD reserves the right to revoke access without refund in the event of any breach of these terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content — including but not limited to text, diagrams, tables, downloadable resources, assessments, and certificate designs — is the intellectual property of CCMTec LTD and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or publication of any course material in any form, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from CCMTec LTD.
4. Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon passing the end-of-course assessment with a minimum score of 70% (21 out of 30 questions). The certificate is issued for CPD and professional development purposes only.
5. Assessment & Retakes
The end-of-course assessment may be retaken an unlimited number of times at no additional cost. There is no time limit on completing the course or sitting the assessment. CCMTec LTD reserves the right to modify assessment content at any time to reflect changes in legislation or industry best practice.
6. Accuracy of Content
CCMTec LTD takes all reasonable steps to ensure that course content is accurate, current, and reflective of industry best practice at the time of publication. However, legislation, regulatory guidance, and industry standards are subject to change. Students are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant regulatory bodies and authorities. CCMTec LTD accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or regulatory breach arising from reliance on course content.
